Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change Murat Kurum met with UNICEF Türkiye Representative Paolo Marchi.
In a post shared on his social media account, Kurum indicated that he welcomed Marchi at the Ministry.
Noting that the two sides underscored the contribution of jointly implemented projects to young people as part of their climate action efforts, Kurum wrote, “I hope that our meeting will pave the way for new and stronger partnerships for our future generations.”
Minister Kurum was accompanied by Deputy Minister Fatma Varank and Director of Climate Change Prof. Halil Hasar.
