Director of Climate Change Prof. Halil Hasar received the executive board of the Architects and Engineers Group. Expressing his satisfaction with the courtesy visit held at the Directorate of Climate Change, Director Hasar received information on the group’s activities.

Meeting with Architects and Engineers Group Chair Yavuz Sarı and accompanying board members, Director Hasar provided information on the activities of the Directorate of Climate Change and the Climate Law recently adopted by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.

Architects and Engineers Group Chair Sarı thanked Director Hasar for receiving them and briefly explained the group’s activities.

President Sarı provided information on the planned “Sustainable Water Resources Workshop,” which is being organized to develop solutions addressing the sustainable management of water, the impacts of climate change, and related policy responses, and emphasized the value of acting in close coordination with the Directorate of Climate Change.

Sharing details of upcoming projects, President Sarı underlined the importance of the Directorate of Climate Change’s work for Türkiye and invited Director Hasar to the workshop they are set to convene.
