Director of Climate Change Prof. Halil Hasar appeared as a guest on the “Environment Agenda” program broadcast on TRT Radio 1.
Answering questions from moderator İlker Uykal, Director Hasar had the opportunity to share insights with listeners on a wide range of topics, including the Climate Law that has entered into force, the 2053 Net Zero Emissions Target, the green transition, and clean technologies.
During the program, which unfolded in an informal and engaging conversational setting, Director Hasar also discussed the progress achieved in the field of climate action in Türkiye, the measures being taken as part of climate change mitigation efforts, and the mandate and ongoing activities of the Directorate of Climate Change.
